The impact of this results in debilitating physiological conditions, a weakened immune system, and a myriad of emotional symptoms. Using ones breath to calm down is not a new phenomenon, but not many of us truly understand the true benefits and how to use them to benefit us. Our breath is our most powerful ally when dealing with acute or chronic physical or emotional upheaval. My unique expertise across bodywork, yoga and mindfulness allows me to tailor a programme for each individual. we can work online or in person to teach you how to recognise long held patterns of movement, obsessive thinking and general anxiety.
