5 Element Theory

With over 20 years experience of 5-element theory both as a shiatsu practitioner and yoga teacher , I have an intrinsic knowledge of
the subject and how it can benefit understanding of the body and mind.
We will cover the concept of the creative and controlling cycles, how to understand the energy of each element, and which pranayama or meditation practices can be used to boost or sedate them .

Posture - more than just the shape you are in
A 2 hour workshop looking at the support network of the body , and why alignment matters. We will cover postures to open and release the lower back and shoulders , and how to strength the body's inner structure to help guide you into a more balanced state.
Making Sense of Mindfulness
A 2 hour workshop explaining what mindfulness is , why it is so beneficial to your health , and how to bring it into your daily life
Dealing with Anxiety
A 2 hour workshop to help you understand how anxiety impacts you , and how to use your body and breath to minimise its impact.
