Anxiety is becoming more and more prevalent , affecting us in many ways , physical and emotional. Chronic stress has a terrible impact on our minds and bodies, loss of confidence, stiff and painful joints, high blood pressure , IBS , to name a few.
I have developed Total Balance as a way of teaching you how to use your body and breath to manage stress and minimise its impact on your health . My unique experience across bodywork , yoga and mindfulness
allows me to tailor a programme for each individual. We can work online or in person to teach you how to recognise long held patterns of movement, obsessive thinking and general anxiety , and how to use gentle movement and breathing practices to relieve them.
